Kaziranga National Park, in Assam, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the stronghold of the Great Indian One-Horned Rhinoceros. Best Time To Visit
- November – February (Winter): Pleasant weather, great visibility, and ideal for spotting rhinos, tigers, elephants, swamp deer, and migratory birds.
- March – April (Spring): Slightly warmer, but still excellent for wildlife viewing. Grasslands are drier, making animal sightings easier.
- May – October: The park remains closed due to heavy monsoon rains and flooding.

- Winter (November – February): Cool and pleasant, temperatures range 8°C to 25°C. Best time for safaris and birdwatching.
- Summer (March – May): Warm but manageable, 18°C to 37°C. Grasslands dry up, making wildlife easier to spot.
- Monsoon (June – October): Heavy rainfall and flooding; the park remains closed. Temperatures vary 20°C to 35°C with high humidity.
