Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nature+, cancellation and refund policies depend on the type of tour you’ve booked and the timing of your cancellation. We encourage you to review the cancellation terms listed within each tour package or contact us directly for specific guidance.

General Guidelines:

  • For fixed departures, group tours, classic safaris, and signature experiences, a 50% cancellation fee applies once the booking is confirmed and payment is made.
  • Detailed cancellation conditions are provided in the “Information” tab of each itinerary or will be communicated to you during the booking process.
  • For customized (tailor-made) itineraries, our travel advisors will share a cancellation policy based on your destination and associated services.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed either to your original method of payment or through a bank transfer.
  • Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
